All our orders are designed and personalized after the order is placed. We customize the layout based on the content provided. As such we can’t provide previews ahead of time.

Sure do. It’s our standard process except for professional photographs.

In most cases yes. For instance, if you have a wake during the evening and the service the following day then you’ll need keepsakes for both events since attendees may not go to both, but everyone wants a keepsake to take with them. Our site will provide appropriate suggestions for you.

If you’re doing a memorial program be sure to make sure names are spelled correct. You’ll encounter a completely different person if they see their name spelled wrong especially because keepsakes are viewed as permanent. Also, when it comes to the order of service and people’s parts in it, it’s all or nothing. Better to keep it general and have no names than to have many names in it and leave someone out.

Always order more than you need. You’ll look bad if you run out of keepsakes at the service. Plus you have family and friends that can’t make the service and want you to send them the keepsakes via mail. We suggest ordering 25-50 more than your expected attendance. Use this as a guide:
Small service: 50-100 attendees
Medium Service: 150-225 attendees
Large Service: 250 + (350+ if your loved one was well known in the community)

We no longer offer that service. We’ve built our reputation as being the fast provider. Many families have come at the last minute when others have turned them away and we get it done. If your service is the next day call us and order over the phone.

We print on a variety of stock. Our standard paper is a 32lb digital paper, much heavier than normal copy paper. We also have glossy paper and card stock available for an additional fee. All our prayer cards and bookmarks are printed on light cardstock and then laminated with a heavy laminate. This is a lasting testament to your loved one and our stock makes sure it stays that way.

Yes. Most of our designs have the ability to personalize the colors and background. Simply indicate your colors when you place your order.

 

Orders are not printed right away. We go through a last round of detailed checks to ensure there are no overlooked errors. Anything we catch we’ll fix before printing. Anything we have a question on we’ll call you right away and then make the edit on the spot. Other errors such as forgotten names we’ll change as long as we haven’t started printing. Simply call or text right away with the change we’ll make it.

Yes you can, but we do not add religious icons and saints to our keepsakes. Custom designs incur an additional fee and cannot be placed online. However, our keepsakes are flexible enough to change colors and backgrounds at no additional cost.

We do not offer discounts on our keepsakes. Instead we offer discounted flat rate shipping. Though it costs us more to ship keepsakes to you we bear the overage and are simply looking to help offset that cost through flat rate shipping.
