Terms and Conditions for Reputation Enhancer Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Cherished Keepsakes’ Reputation Enhancer service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Overview
Our Reputation Enhancer service is designed to help funeral homes enhance their reputation, build lasting relationships with families, and create memorable experiences.
3. Intellectual Property
All keepsake designs, branding strategies, and other materials provided by Cherished Keepsakes are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than their intended use within your funeral home.
4. Ownership of Logo and Brand Identity
Upon full payment of all fees, you will have full ownership of the final logo and brand identity designs. This includes the right to use, modify, and distribute these assets as you see fit.
5. Confidentiality
All information about our prices, practices, products, and strategies is confidential. You agree not to disclose this information to any third party without our written consent.
6. Use of Comments and Work
By using our service, you grant Cherished Keepsakes the right to use any comments or feedback from your staff and families, as well as examples of the work we create for you, for marketing purposes. This helps us showcase the value of our services to other potential clients.
7. Payment Terms
The initial investment for the Reputation Enhancer service is $8,000, with a monthly support fee of $500-$1,000. Payment is due as agreed upon in your service contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all materials provided by Cherished Keepsakes must be returned or destroyed, and any outstanding payments must be settled.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cherished Keepsakes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions and fees from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
